September is National Disaster Preparedness Month.

Scammers take advantage of people during stressful times, like a natural disaster or health emergency. Protect yourself and loved ones by learning the warning signs of disaster-related scams and sharing new CFPB placemats and related handouts. Check out our blog post to learn more.

We’re excited to announce that we added new formats to our fraud prevention placemat series. You can order PDF handouts, posters to display on bulletin boards, table tents to place in lobbies or on dining tables, and bookmarks, in addition to the placemats. All are available in English and Spanish, and all are available to order for free!

Check out our blog  now to learn more about how to avoid and report disaster-related scams. Order free copies of place mats, posters, handouts, table tents, and bookmarks.
