Consumer Law Forms

Helpful Forms for Older Adults

Original Post | Aging Safely

Click to the link below and get access to three sets of forms designed for use for free by older adults, or providers or caregivers assisting them, to help address and protect against common forms of abuse and financial exploitation. The forms were reviewed by legal experts from nonprofit legal aid organizations serving older adults and can be used in any state.

The forms are hosted on LawHelpInteractive.org, a website that helps you fill out legal documents for free. It’s simple: an online interview on LawHelp Interactive asks you questions and uses your answers to complete the documents you need. If you are a legal aid lawyer or pro bono volunteer, LawHelpInteractive.org has tools to prepare forms, edit client responses and manage case files, all in one place. Visit our Resources for Advocates to download a Toolkit with more information and tips on using the Aging Safely forms in services with your clients.
